Welcome to Fitfone.ie the website of the Fitfone Exercise Company. We are an Irish company developing health and fitness apps for your mobile phone.

Dr. Conor O’Brien is the inventor and founder of Fitfone. With almost 20 years experience he is one of Irelands best known and respected Consultant Clinical Neurophysiologists in Sports & Exercise Medicine and has worked as Doctor to the Irish Olympic Team (1996) and Irish Rugby Team (1997-1999). His special interest in sports performance has also led him to chair the Irish Sports Council Anti-Doping Committee (1999-2005).

You might recognize Conor from his frequent contribution to TV and radio discussions on exercise, fitness and the health of the nation. He is the author of a number of exercise and fitness books.
